Is it fair to make a child be raised by a mother with puffed up silicone lips, bad face lift and botoxed forehead?

I watched a plastic surgery show and saw this face lift where they put barbed strings through your cheeks and lift the face and tie it. After the procedure you’re left with the bunch of sagging skin now up by your ears but it goes away after a couple weeks. What causes the extra skin to go away??

The side of my face that had surgery looks like I have had a face lift while the side that did not have surgery does not. What can I use to tighten the slack side of my face? I will not consider plastic surgery.
